Order Confirmation & Return Policy Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You understand that personalized items are non-refundable

• You accept that returns after shipment may be subject to customs charges (up to 20%)

• You agree that return shipping costs are not covered by the seller

• You acknowledge that cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped

 

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

• Personalized products (including engraved items) are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defects or mistakes caused by us

• Orders can be cancelled with a full refund only before shipment

• If you refuse delivery or return a non-defective item after shipment, you are responsible for the return shipping costs

• When returning goods to Ukraine, customs duties and import taxes (up to 20%) may apply and will be deducted from your refund

• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us - we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
