Order Confirmation & Return Policy Agreement

By placing your order, you confirm that:

• You understand that personalized items are non-refundable
• You accept that returns after shipping may involve customs charges (up to 20%)
• You agree that return shipping costs are not covered by the seller
• You acknowledge that cancellations are only possible before dispatch

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

• Personalized products (including engraved items) are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defects or our error
• Orders can be cancelled with a full refund only before shipping
• If you refuse delivery or return a non-defective item after shipment, return shipping costs are your responsibility
• When returning goods to Ukraine, customs duties and import taxes (up to 20%) may apply and will be deducted from your refund
• Items must be returned unused and in original packaging

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us — we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
