Returns Policy for Customers in Europe

Fayne Derevo offers free returns for eligible products delivered to European countries. You may notify us within 14 calendar days after receiving your order that you wish to return the product, without giving a reason.

To request a return, please contact us using the details provided on our website and include your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions and arrange the return shipping at our expense. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 calendar days to send the product back.

We cover the return shipping costs and do not charge any return-processing fees.

Please return the product together with all components and accessories. Pack it securely in the original packaging or in other suitable packaging to protect it during transport.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your return request. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or proof that it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If you return your entire order, we will also refund the cost of the original standard delivery. Any additional cost for an upgraded delivery method selected by you is non-refundable.

Personalised or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective products or products that do not conform to their description.
